MEAT and ENTREE

Taco beef mixed with fried onions, bell peppers, pinto beans, and red kidney beans, topped by corn meal muffin mix, baked at 400 F degree for about 20-25 minutes.
Fried ground beef then simmered with onion gravy mixes, covered by mashed potatoes, topped with shredder cheese, baked at 350 F degree for 20 minutes. Best served with bread and Salad.
Cubed round steak (or tenderized round steak) fried for 3-5 minutes in vegetable oils, and then simmered with onion gravy mix, flour, and water for about 30 minutes.
